All information as a result of our Research will be Public Domain and open to the World. We have accepted this challenge so that we can enhance the quality of life on Planet Earth as well as Exploration and Colonization of Space. Should you choose to be a part of this Historical quest, you will be an integral part of the evolution of Nanotechnology. All donations, whether they be in the form of cash, physical assets, real estate, stocks, bonds or office equipment will be Tax Deductible according to the applicable IRS Regulations. US Gifting Rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511 & Canadian Tax Code, Sections 1433 and 62. The Law states that one or more individuals can gift to another individual of up to $10,000 per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift. You are not required to declare money given, or received as a gift on your tax return unless an individual's gift exceeds $10,000 The taxes on the gift have already been paid and cannot be taxed again. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient. See 26 USC 102
